ACTi ACD-2400 Video Encoder
Offering 16 independent channels, the ACTi ACD-2400 video server is able to take video from 16 analog cameras and convert the footage to digital for use in an IP-based surveillance network. The 16 analog video inputs can be streamed concurrently with selectable MPEG-4 and MJPEG compression technologies. Each channel is independent and supports two-way audio communication.
The server can be rack-mounted in a 19-inch rack, and is an excellent solution for large surveillance installations. Other highlights of the ACTi ACD-2400 include CIF up to full D1 resolution at 30 frames per second, hardware motion detection, digital I/O for each channel, and multi-stream with variable frame rate in the same compression.
