The ACTi ACM-1511 is a megapixel network camera designed for continuous 24-hour surveillance in a wide variety of locations. It offers day/night functionality with a mechanical IR cut filter to capture clear and detailed video even in total darkness.
With an integrated megapixel lens, the ACTi ACM-1511 provides exceptional image detail and a larger filed of view than traditional security cameras. To optimize bandwidth, the camera offers selectable MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG compression, plus multi-stream with variable frame rate in the same compression. The camera can stream up to SXGA resolution at 8 frames per second.
Two-way audio support allows users to listen in on areas under surveillance, and also communicate with those within range of the camera. Another key feature of the ACTi ACM-1511 is Power over Ethernet. With PoE, power to the camera and data transmissions are delivered via standard Ethernet cable.
