Arecont Vision AV8180 IP Camera
The Arecont Vision AV8180 is an 8 megapixel network camera offering outstanding image clarity and 180-degree panning. This is no ordinary security camera. In fact, the AV8180 delivers 24 times the resolution of an analog camera, along with panoramic views at high frame rates that allow for real-time, high-definition video streams.
The camera's incredible megapixel resolution enables it to monitor large areas that would normally require multiple security cameras. This reduces both equipment and installations costs. Additionally, the AV8180 operates using Power over Ethernet (PoE), another cost saving feature that enables the camera to receive power and transmit data over a single Ethernet cable.
The AV8180 is capable of low-light operation, making it well-suited for environments requiring continuous surveillance. Other highlights include onboard, real-time motion detection for up to 64 separate zones in each of its four channels, and picture-in-picture which allows for simultaneous viewing of zoomed and full field of view images in high definition.
