Its body is compact, but its range is larger and of higher quality than any other PTZ camera on the market. Just one 212 PTZ, with it's 140° field of vision, can cover up to 1500ft2 of space - perfect for banks, retail stores, cafes, even pharmacies and bars. Also, unlike other PTZ cameras that lose power when zooming in, Axis' high resolution sensor (2048x1538 px original resolution) innovates where other cameras fail - producing sharp, clear images at up to 3x optical zoom. Like all other Axis cameras, the 212 PTZ comes with a combination M-JPEG/MPEG-4 imaging technology which produces high quality images without clogging network traffic.
