Powerful Zoom
The Axis 233D features 35x optical and 12x digital zoom, enabling it to zero in on fine details, even from far away. The camera can follow distant individuals or objects, and can also capture clear and crisp images of details such as license plate numbers.
Day/Night Functionality and Wide Dynamic Range
A removable, automatic IR filter allows the Axis 233D network dome camera to operate in both day and nighttime conditions. When light diminishes, the camera automatically switches from full color to black and white mode. It can even capture images in complete darkness. And the camera’s wide dynamic range allows it to maintain exceptional image quality in complex lighting conditions involving high contrast, backlight, bright sunlight, and shaded areas.
High-Precision Pan/Tilt Performance
The Axis 233D network camera features exceptionally fast panning capabilities, and can pan and tilt to any preset in under 1.5 seconds. Additionally, E-flip functionality enables the camera to electronically invert images 180 degrees when following moving objects from above.
