Axis M1031-W IP Camera
With its smart, compact design, the Axis M1031-W is suitable for a wide range of surveillance applications from securing small businesses and homes, to restaurants, retail shops, and more. The camera offers easy and flexible installation with both wireless (IEEE 802.11g) and wired connection to the network.
The Axis M1031-W delivers high-quality video images at up to 30 frames per second in full VGA resolution. Network bandwidth is optimized with H.264, Motion JPEG, and MPEG-4 compression in individually configurable video streams.
An integrated passive infrared (PIR) sensor allows the camera to detect movement, even in the dark. The camera also includes a white LED that can illuminate a scene automatically when movement is detected, or when requested by the user. For two-way audio communication, the Axis M1031-W includes an integrated microphone and speaker. This allows users to remotely listen in on an area, and communicate with individuals personally or with pre-recorded messages.
