Axis P3301 IP Camera
The Axis P3301 network camera is a compact, fixed dome offering the latest in video compression technology. The P3301 supports H.264 compression, which allows for superior image quality, while saving a significant amount of storage and network bandwidth when compared to MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG. The Axis P3301 is truly designed for the next generation of video surveillance systems.
The camera sports a compact and discreet appearance, making it ideal for unobtrusive video surveillance in indoor locations such as schools, banks, government buildings, airports, offices, and more. It also features a tamper-resistant cover which helps to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
Power to the camera is supplied via Ethernet cable. The same cable also handles data transmissions. This Power over Ethernet functionality allows for easy scalability, flexible installation, and cuts costs by eliminating the need for complicated wiring.
The Axis P3301 is loaded with advanced features, including sophisticated video motion detection, as well as audio and tampering detection. It also provides secure network operation with HTTPS encryption, IEEE 802.1X authentication, Quality of Service, and IPv4/IPv6.
