The Axis P3343 fixed dome network camera delivers high-performance video in a small and discreet package. Its compact design makes it perfect for unobtrusive surveillance in indoor locations such as retail stores, airports, office complexes, and banks. The camera features a wide dynamic range and true day/night functionality to capture clear video images in virtually any lighting conditions, including brightly illuminated and low-light areas.
In order to deliver high-quality video while conserving bandwidth and storage space, the Axis P3343 supports leading-edge H.264 video compression. H.264 significantly reduces video file sizes while maintaining optimal image quality. The P3343 supports multiple H.264 streams and allows for simultaneous H.264 and Motion JPEG streams at either full frame rate, or optimized for different quality needs and bandwidth limitations.
The Axis P3343 features a tamper-resistant casing that can sense when the camera's view has been compromised by acts such as blocking or spray-painting. Other key features include two-way audio support and Power over Ethernet (PoE). With PoE, power to the camera is delivered via a single Ethernet cable. This reduces installation costs and offers flexibility in camera placement.
