The Axis P7210 Surveillance Kit successfully converts your existing analog (CCTV) video system into IP video, allowing you to upgrade to IP without having to forego your analog cameras.
Included in the kit is an Axis P7210 16-channel encoder as well as Axis Camera Station software to manage, view, and record your video surveillance system. A bevy of features come with the encoder, including MicroSDHC onboard storage space, two-way audio, simultaneous H.264 and Motion JPEG streams, and full frame rate in all resolutions (up to D1 resolution).
Axis Camera Station Software delivers multiple IP camera management, recording, and viewing options. The software comes equipped with several IP video features such as motion detection, cross line detection, and an active tampering alarm. The software supports up to 100 cameras from different sites so that you can add cameras as needed while reaping the benefits of IP scalability.
Dovetailed together, the P7210 encoder and video management software provide the benefits of future-proof IP video so you don’t have to replace your current CCTV system. It’s an excellent solution for medium- and large-scale applications such as hotels and retail stores.
