The Axis Q6032-E is an advanced outdoor-ready PTZ dome camera built for the most demanding outdoor surveillance applications. It's especially ideal for locations such as airports and seaports, and for city and perimeter surveillance – any area where reliable performance and flexible, cost-effective installation are key.
The Q6032-E IP camera supports High Power of Ethernet, which simplifies installation since only a single cable is required. To handle extreme outdoor climates, the camera provides Arctic Temperature Control, a special feature that allows it to operate, and even power up, in extreme subzero temperatures. An IP66-rated weatherproof housing also protects the camera from dust and water.
For flexible monitoring of wide areas, the Axis Q6032-E provides fast and precise PTZ control, including 35x optical and 12x digital zoom for zeroing in on details within a scene. The camera can even read license plates from distances up to 525 feet. And with auto-tracking functionality, it can follow and track moving objects within the field of view.
To optimize network bandwidth and storage capacity, the Q6032-E uses cutting-edge H.264 video compression, and supports multiple, individually configurable streams in both H.264 and Motion JPEG.
