Fixed IP Security Cameras
Browse our selection of fixed IP cameras, including box network cameras. We offer a variety of fixed surveillance cameras from top brands and for every use.
Fixed IP cameras are the most common type of IP camera and are ideal for surveillance applications where the camera is monitoring a specific location. Once the camera is mounted, the viewing direction is set. Fixed network cameras are available in almost every resolution. There are three types of fixed cameras: box, cube, and bullet cameras. Box IP cameras are the most flexible of the bunch. Certain box cameras are rated for outdoor use when used with a camera housing, while other models are rated only for indoor use. Box cameras can be put in almost any housing, but must be rated for outdoor use outside. You can almost always change the lens to suit what the camera needs to see, selecting from wide, telephoto, varifocal lenses, etc. Many box cameras require the lens to be purchased separately.
Cube cameras can be more discreet and are exclusively used indoors. Unlike box models there are usually no lens options for cube cameras.
Bullet cameras are almost always rated for outdoor use and are a very popular solution for outdoor day/night surveillance. Bullet cameras have integrated IR illuminators for day/night viewing in total darkness. The camera lens is typically varifocal and the lenses are not interchangeable. However, there are models of bullet cameras with other lens options. In addition to the three types of fixed cameras mentioned above, we also carry Dome cameras, which come in fixed models.
