QNAP VS-2004-L NVR
Designed to record audio and video in homes and businesses, the VS-2004L is a simple yet powerful network surveillance system. It’s a reliable stand-alone Linux-based system with two bays and four channels . It offers PTZ controls, event notification and digital zoom during monitoring and playback. This NVR is widely compatible with IP cameras from a variety of manufacturers including Arecont Vision, Axis, Sony and Vivotek.
This NVR can be set to record according to a schedule, based on alarm alarm, continuous and more. To maximize bandwidth and storage space, it offers H.264, MPEG-4 and MJPEG compression modes. Intelligent video analytics include detection of motion, objects and camera occlusion. Advanced event management allows users to program custom event responses, such as SMS alert, alarm or preset PTZ functions.
Remote monitoring is supported with an iPad, iPhone, iPod touch or Windows PDA phone. For large scale surveillance, it can be integrated with other QNAP NVRs to manage up to 128 channels without the use of PCs or additional software. The VS-2004L’s E-map feature lets users upload images of monitoring locations. To ensure security of video, users can utilize digital watermarking and manage data with RAID.
