Sony’s SNC-CH240 is a fixed camera that delivers 1080p HD image resolution at 30 frames per second. This powerful camera produces high quality images even in difficult lighting situations, including low light, backlighting and high contrast. View-DR wide dynamic range and XDNR noise reduction work to produce clear, properly exposed images without motion blur. Furthermore, the SNC-CH240 features a highly sensitive 3.27 megapixel Sony Exmor™ CMOS sensor.
Users can customize intelligent motion and audio detection alarms, making this camera ideal for use in demanding security applications. To optimize bandwidth and storage capacity, the SNC-CH240 offers three codecs: JPEG, MPEG-4 and H.264. It offers dual streaming and several image sizes, up to maximum resolution of 1920x1440.
Installing this camera is simple with Power over Ethernet and an easy focus function. This flexible camera is ONVIF conformant, enabling it to work well with products from other manufacturers.
