It's suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and provides automatic day/night switching for uninterrupted 24-hour surveillance in all lighting conditions. The camera even features built-in IR LEDs for strong performance in completely dark situations.
The Vivotek FD6112V supports two-way audio, allowing you to listen in on areas under surveillance and also communicate directly (or though recorded message) to those within range of the camera.
The camera captures clear and detailed video and streams it over your network where it's accessible remotely via standard web browser. To optimize bandwidth, the Vivotek FD6112V delivers real-time MJPEG and MPEG-4 Dual Codec compression. Other attributes include digital I/O for external sensor and alarm, pre and post-alarm snapshots, and intelligent triple-window motion detection.
