The Vivotek PZ7132 is a wireless network camera that provides pan/tilt zoom functionality for flexible, wide-area surveillance in indoor settings such as retail stores and small businesses. This cost-effective surveillance solution comes equipped with a 2.6x motorized pan-focus zoom module allowing users to zero in on individuals and object both near and far. Additionally, it offers 350-degree horizontal and 125-degree vertical range of capture, making it easy to follow activity, effectively providing a wide bird's-eye view.
The PZ7132 can simultaneously deliver dual video streams in either MPEG-4 or MJPEG format. Users can monitor the streams locally using the included video management software, or remotely from any computer with internet access. The camera also supports 3GPP mobile surveillance via compatible cell phones and PDAs.
For flexible installation in almost any indoor location, the Vivotek PZ7132 connects to the network wirelessly with a built-in 802.11 b/g WLAN connection. This allows users to place the camera in hard-to-reach locations, and eliminates the need for complicated and expensive cabling.
